Prospectors bar and grill

Without realizing it we went in near closing time, but we still received professional and courteous service. Although there were a couple of things just slightly off, they were only off due to my tastes and personal likes. The food was made from scratch including the deserts, and you can taste it everything is so full of flavor. I had fish and chips and it was moist, light and flaky, and the fries were cooked to golden perfection. My wife had the country fried steak, I tried some and it was the best I have eaten in a very long time. All and all the staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you aren't sure what you want to eat just tell them what you like and ask for a recommendation and you will get great food.
